titan for touch pro question

i had my old apache replaced by insurance (sprint) for a brand new mogul(about 3 weeks ago) and was wondering since it would be less than 30days that i have it when the touch pro comes out, would sprint take the mogul as a return and let me get a touch pro? or even a touch diamond?

pirated that depends, if you didn't go through Aserioun, or however the hell its spelled, then you should be able to do so. If you did go through them because of physical damage you probably won't be able to. If I were you I'd try to at least swap it for a Diamond before your 30 days is up then swap it for a Pro. just my 2 cents.

i got the mogul from the sprint repair center, didnt have to deal with asurion or anything.

i went in to pick up the refurbed apache they got me and it turned out the replacement apache was also broken so the tech just brought out a mogul for me.

touch pro comes out october 19th and i got the mogul on september 29th so i shouldnt have any issues with the 30day limit (at least i dont think i would)

I'm in a similar boat. My replacement Titan was broken out of the box. Needless to say they sent me home with it. (No Asurion.)

After talking to CS rep, they said I was in 30 days and could switch it with another device, but she seemed a bit hesitant about it. Not sure if I wanna drive all the way down there for them to say NO.

Keep in mind though that the Touch Pro has been delayed, possibly until the beginning of November. It's been speculated that Sprint is trying to avoid letting people switch their Diamonds for Touch Pros once they're released.

i didn't know about the delayed launch of the touch pro, but i guess i could just get the diamond for now, wait till touch pro comes out and exchange again

would i have to take my mogul back to the store i got it from? or would i be able to take it to any other sprint store and have them exchange it?

when the CS rep gave me the mogul she also printed me off a receipt (unlike the previous times i got replacements) and the price of the mogul is shown as $449.99 while the sprint site shows the mogul and diamond are the same price at $549.99 (i hope i don't have to pay the $100 difference).

i would have to say that its not gonna happen beacuse it was a warranty swap you didnt just buy the phone for upgrade or full retail so that's not gonna work out unless you get someone who doesnt know what they are doing.

Frankly all Moguls should be swapped out for Pros. The Mogul should have been recalled for the screen spots, bluetooth, wi-fi, and memory issues. Lets not get into the missing video driver and keyboard frailty issues.
