Pandora WM6.1??
Anyone on here ever use Pandora?? They make a mobile version for a few other phones on at&t and sprint. Wondering if anyones created anything for wm6.1?
I use it at work to listen to stuff I like and get random stuff in the mix.. I think it would be a waaaaay better substitute for the radio in my car... Yes I do listen to my own music saved on my phone but Pandora would awesome. |
Re: Pandora WM6.1??
There is currently no way to listen to Pandora streams on your WM6.1 phone. Pandora says there is an app in the works, but that it is very difficult to program for a platform that appears on many different forms of hardware. (basically, a cop out) This likely means that it won't be out for a while, if ever.

Re: Pandora WM6.1??
Yeah I sent them an email asking if they were working on anything and surprisingly they emailed me back in 2 days and said they were working on it blah blah... sounded like a cop out I agree.

Yeah good luck. If Adobe releases Flash 9 for PPCs then we might have a chance.

Re: Pandora WM6.1??
I have my suspicions about Pandora's delay in supporting WM. They came out with IPhone support quickly, a new platform, but are having difficulty with WM which has been around for several years? Makes me wonder if there is some sort of agreement with Apple to delay or block a WM version. I hope a third party app comes along like the support for Sirius did. In the mean time I'll just have to make do with thousands of streams and files.
