Activesync issue

I am having a weird issue with activesync, every time I plug my phone up,
activesync starts adding everything new like it is the first time time it has synced with the phone, I am up to having 4x everything off of the sync, contacts, calendar, tasks, etc...

any suggestions?

Delete all the existing partnerships on AS (delete mobile device).......then delete all contacts, appointments, etc on the phone and then re-connect...should solve it....

performing a hard reset will be the easiest way to remove all the items from the phone correct?

Yes....but make sure you all delete any partnerships on the PC in AS....you can do it without the phone hooked up.....it will say mobile devices....just delete all of them....

yeah already got that, deleting the PC partnership.

wanting to make sure a hard reset would be sufficient for removing the info from the phone
