$600 for a cell that does not send pics threw texts

Why doesnt the mogul come with a program that will allow me to send pics threw text messaging? The cheapest cells on the market have this feature but the phone that does everything cant do the easiest thing...can anyone help?

you should of gone with alltel. it comes with that feature already. STOCK!

go there and complain like i did if you want to bring it to sprint's attention even more than it already is. the sad thing is now they're taking the "this feature is now available in the touch diamond, so upgrade to that" approach instead of releasing a simple fix for the mogul.
