help...my htc 6800 won't stay on

i need help..i have a htc titan 6800 and it keeps shutting off by its self i have no idea what to do. it stays on for a few min n shuts off. or if i touch the screen see whats wrong with it..it turns off as well. one more thing once it turns off it turns back on then off then on again. what should i do?

ok now i hard reset it.. thought it would work. but now it's just keeps doing the same thing im not sure what to do... it turns on n off n then it stays on the HTC white screen. what should i do?

wait wait wait like "sleep" shut off or soft reset shut off

Pull the battery for 30 seconds and see if that helps. If not call your carrier or go to the store and get a different model.
