O, U, I key problems
 

I've seen posts on here before of people complaining about non-responsive or over-responsive O, U and I keys. I'm on my second replacement mogul for the same problem. I've got the sprint 6.1 flash and nothing else. All the 'fixes' i've seen were hard-reset or reflash. Neither seem to work for me.

Anyone know if this is hardware or software related? Sprint is replacing my mogul again, but this is crazy..

look for other threads, dude. in one it has a link to htc's contact form so you can complain directly to them because everyone eventually has the same issue.

Agreed, I personally dont have this issue (knock on wood) but I have read numerous other threads where others do. If you ve had it less than a yr then send it back as a defect. I dont think the KB fix works on that issue.

I had it on my last phone...they gave me a new phone and no problems...my wifes mogul had the same issue..new phone no problems...did you try resetting it and seeing if that makes it go away..it worked once for me...weird I know..

same problem here..the key board some times over reacted....is there any software fix ? it's a hardware issue ?

I'm done with trying to fix it I'm going to the sprint service repair store this wkend in get an replacement
