No sound
My 6800 has lost it's sound. It won't ring, play music, make the volume tone when I try and turn the volume up or down. What could cause this? I checked to make sure it is not in vibrate mode or silent mode and it is not.

Have you used a headset in the unit? Have you soft/hard reset?
