I just bought a used Qwest htc 6800 which I understand runs on sprints network since i am thinking of a cricket switch but need the code to access the min menu epst. I downloaded get epst and placed it mem card loaded esn and entered it but failed, Now what?

You need the MSL code or find a MSL generator to get where you are trying to go. It also can be provided from your carrier.
