Diamond Wireless Manager skin?

Hey, I've been looking all morning to find the .cab file(to no avail), but you guys might be able to help me.

I just re-flashed my phone and would like to install the HTC Touch Diamond white-colored skin for the Wireless Manager on my HTC Titan(Sprint Mogul).

Anyone with a link to that file, I would be much appreciated if you could link it over here, thanks.

I installed that and soft reset my phone, and it still is showing the default WM 6.1 Comm Manager. Any other recommendations on a way to install a Diamond Comm Manager that'll stick?
