i did, i tried to make it a short story, when i filed the claim they asked me if i dropped the phone and i told them no, so they told me since i didn't do anything to physically break the phone they couldn't approve it.. its a long story i hate talkin about it!

If its under insurance don't they have to replace regardless what you do as long as you dont make more than 3 reseqsts a year.

well part of the reason i can't flash the us cell rom back on it is because its broken..... IN HALF! so there is no chance of that happening, blackberry customer service has already agreed to replace it so i don't have a choice but to see what happens, i was just hoping somebody could offer advice or they have been thru it already

Oh snap I read that post by integra144 wrong. It's warranty that you are referring to integra. Asurion is usually the company doing replacements and they will replace it no matter what.
