XV6800 Bootloader Error

Ok I have read numerous post but none seem to help or make a clear explaination of the resolution, So my work phone plugged it into charge came back the next day it was stuck in bootloader I didnt try to flash or anything actually didnt know it was possible until I started looking for a solution to it, Stuck in SPL-2.07.0000 CPLD-9 .

Now let me make this clear ACTIVESYNC WILL NOT PICKUP THE PHONE, I have tried exit_bl program and even used a disabled usb program still no go, now does anyone have a nhb file I can flash right from my windows xp machine for this phone so I can get this bootloader to upgrade and start using other roms to hopefully get my windows back so I can work.

Sorry if I sound upset but I am spent almost 5 hours trying several different programs and some programs I can't even find anymore so if someone could link a bootloader I can upgrade from 2.07 with I would appreciate it.

Put the attached .nbh on your sd card formatted to fat32 and 2gb or under in size. Then put the phone in bootloader and it should load the image. This is the 2.47 unlocker.

Thanks it works now at spl 2.40 Oli upgraded radio and installed 3.3.4 DCD Titan now hopefully the GPS will work.

If gps doesnt work make sure your pri version is 1.xxxx not 2.03xxx

And, what do you suggest if it freezes at "Loading . . ."
