Bell EPST Screenshots

Can someone email me some screenshots of all their EPST settings? (editing out ESN and Phone Number Of course)

Reason being, i have a bell 6800 running on the MTS network, and when i did an update a while back, it overwrote some settings (unfortunately i let sprint customizations run, DOH!). I did take screenshots beforehand, but i messed up, and some info is covered by the drop down menu.

I need these so i can change the data settings back so i can get it working on on my network again.
