Verizon 6800 answers call when sliding out of pouch

My Verizon 6800 automatically answers a call when I slide it out of the case (pouch). The case does have a magnetic latch, is that causing the problem? I like to see who is on the line, before I answer, but I am reluctant to pull it out of the case if the calls are answered anyway. Is there a setting where I can disable the autopickup. It is not set to auto answers with bluetooth. THanks.

Re: Verizon 6800 answers call when sliding out of pouch

You are most likely hitting the answer (green) button while sliding it out. Try being more carefull. Alternatively check out csdevctrl - search for it here and/or xda...

Re: Verizon 6800 answers call when sliding out of pouch

I did quite a few checks to make sure I was not hitting a button, and it appears to be linked to the case.

Re: Verizon 6800 answers call when sliding out of pouch

Mine has a magnet and that doesn't happen for me, I currently use onlock to halp prevent some button and screen presses, but the ap I mentioned above will lock all buttons...

Hey have you gone into control panel / personal / key lock and selected 'lock all keys when device is locked'.
