Need advice on moving data onto a new SD

I just bought a 4 GB memory card for my mogul because my 2 gb was maxing out.

Is there a way to move the data from one card to another without reinstalling and reconfiguring everything? I install everything on the card that I can.

I am on the latest stock ROM.

When I went from a 6 GB to an 8GB card, I copied everything from the old card to a folder on my computer, then back to the new card in the phone. Everything worked and I didn't have to reinstall anything.
