My Sprint Mogul is stuck in "Lock" .. Help
 

My HTC Mogul has a white screen frozen with "Unlock" in the left bottom corner.. No matter what I do, take the battery out etc. it boots back up with the white screen. It still has the Start bar there, but it is frozen.. If I push the power button on and off alot, and push the start button over and over, it will open the start bar but then go back to the white screen. Sprint sent me a replacement Touch phone. All i want to do is get my numbers off of the Mogul, but when I plug it into my computer it say Malfunctioned device..

What can I do to Unfreeze the lock position or to get my numbers off?? Is there a good free software I can download?

Check the pinout of your charger port and make sure the wires aren't bent or missing. It may just be that is your problem and you aren't getting a connection. Have you done an activesync sync before? You may already have the numbers.

Can you get the screen to work at alll?
