I recently did this hack.

15-Change Vibrate Strength

HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\VIB

STRENGTH_LOW set to 1.


I don't like it, but unfortunately didn't write down the orginal number](*,), can anybody tell me what their reg entry is?

What about it did you not like? Was it too strong or more loud?

To me it seemed to decrease the vib strength. I have only had the phone a couple of days, so I am trying out a few of the hacks.


I can't seem to get the ring tones loud enough, so I am relying on the Vibe part of vibe/ring.

I am finding this forum very useful and I love it.

Ring tones? Are they yours or the ones with the device? Either way, go download wavepad and amplify them by 400% and add them back to the phone.

um..i thought this regedit was to lower the vib strenth, hence the "strength_low"
