Dead screen!

Screens broke. It was working fine, all of a sudden there were these white fuzzy lines. I did a soft reset, and the screen never came back on. Is there some way to display the screen on the pc to try and debug/hard reset?? it sounds like a software issue. Any other ideas?

sounds like hard reset time. have you tried running it to computer? goodluck

i want to hard reset. but i cant see the screen to do it.

just wait long enough to be sure. Hold the two soft keys and push the reset button, give it 60 seconds press R, then wait about 3 minutes and press the space.
