i have a sprint mogul and wanted it flashed to cricket.I had a friend do it and now i cant even use the phone.the epst settings are locked and im out a phone.someone help me undo the damages please

hold the power + camera and press the reset button (the pinhole on the bottom of the phone next to the mini USB port)

You should get a tri-color screen, that is the bootloader screen, what does it say there?

no tri color screen it loads up ur guys ppc geeks screen

So the problem is is that you have no voice or data? Do you want to set it back up for Sprint or try to get it going for Cricket?

that tri-color screen has nothing to do with your epst settings being locked down...if you try to access the settings and it isn't set to all zeroes(000000) as the code then you can try to use getspc to figure it out...also try here at this thread...it's a cricket forum and you can find more info there and it also contains a sub-forum for pdas that are flashed to cricket and how to program them http://www.jrstreet.com/flash/burgertime.htm thanks to Burger of Hofo for his vid tutorial...and here http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1251812 plus if you read the different threads in that forum i'm sure that most of your questions will be answered as they asked quite frequently....hope that helps and it's not as hard as it seem:mrgreen:..good luck
