Vision connecting slow

About a week ago my internet seemed to quit working as it should. It now takes 60-120 seconds just to connect to the internet. Everytime the internet is idle for a while it takes that long to connect. Several of my programs just time out and reconnect. I am currently running WM5, but it was working fine until then. I reflashed several times and even called sprint and they weren't much help, said a nationwide vision issue has been happening.

Also, my ##DATA# doesn't work. When I type it in a white screen flashes then it just goes back to the telephone app.

Any thoughts and could these be related?
