HELP....HTC home and frozen XV6800

Well, I think have done it now....

I ran the Verizon upgrade tonight and all was well after a 15min session with tech support for a new A-key, etc...until I reinstalled HTC Home Customizer ver 2.1.

I had this version on the phone before the upgrade with no issues. After I reinstalled it, my phone freezes and will not do anything. What can I do? Is there a way I can access to keep this program from loading during boot up and then uninstall it?

Please help...as my phone is useless in this state....

You will have to do a hard reset if you saved it to main memory.

If you saved it to your sd try removing it and restarting your phone with out it. Then remove the program from the programs list.

If you want to use the new HTC HOME you will need to install HTC HOME Customizer first and have it download a new version from the application it self.
