Hey guys im new to the smartphone world and noticed that there are a lot of helpful topics here... but here is the deal... i work for a cellphone company and am expected to know a lot about these... so here is a favor i ask... could you email me some step by step instructions on how to customize my 6800 and some sweet websites that are used by you guys..

Do yourself a favor and take your email out of your post. You may find out just how great spam is. I have a tutorial in my signature on modifying this device. Check it out and you will see some of the things you can do. Of course you may not be able to suggest them to customers due to warranty issues.

Yeah, pretty much what he said. And read. Loooots of reading. There are no real instructions to give you because each person will want their own customizations.
