play different sounds when phone turns on

Is there a way to play different sounds when turning on the phone or turning it off? Mine currently only plays a tone when turned on.

I know you can get it to play a different tone than what it does now but IDK know about getting it to play different tones as in random playing a different one each time it boots. Lemme know if you are interested.

I'm sure it's possible if your able to create a mortscript that does this function. I have one that lets me play mp3's on my startup sound rather then wav.

I have no idea what a mortscript is. So you can play mp3's upon your device booting up? How does one go about getting this "mortscript" or how do you make one?
