No, they did'nt block it, they just charge extra for it, and like toinejuan stated, if you bypass them using ICS, they will monitor it and charge you anyway.

They don't monitor it, I read on one of the post that new contracts now are being forced around that 5GB limit or whatever. I have sero, grandfathered in, and my contracts up so I will be getting by It would be futile, to use ICS and then get charged for it, I wouldn't stand for that and neither should anyone else.

All I can say is, don't go over 5GB of data usage per month.
