Mogul End key turns off phone

Is there any reg edit to disable this. When you hold the end key down it the the phone off in com manager. When you hold it again it turns back on.

I tried this on my phone and I pressed and held the End key and it did nothing for me.

Change HKCU\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendFunction\CDMA\
Change key: FlightModeSwitchByPnHEndKey to 0

I think that's one of the customizations that happens when you let the extended_rom stuff load. Mine does not do it either on the stock 6.1 rom, but I didn't let those run.
