Seidio New 3500 Battery Issue

So I ordered a Seidio battery last week and I've been waiting for it to arrive(like a kid waiting to go to a toy store). Well it arrived today and I couldn't wait until it was charged. I have two 6800's (long story), so I charged it on my spare 6800 and waited for the initial 8hr charge. After it finished charging I placed it in my new 6800 and it wouldn't power up, so I placed it in my older 6800 and it powers right up. I'm able to swap both of the oem batteries between the two phones with no problems. I've checked and all terminals are making contact. The only different thing between the phones is a number below the s/n number. The old phone has "CS003-00 C" and the new phone has "CS003-00 G". When it's placed into the new phone the light just goes red(as if it's not finding a battery). I'm going to call them on Monday, but I'm hoping someone may have an answer. Thanks

I had the same issue!! lol. Check the first and last contacts, mine still had a TINY piece of plastic attached that wasn't cut perfectly. Used a pair of tweezers to remove it and voila it worked. Took me two days to realize what the issue was.

yeah,

I read your post before i posted, but unfortunately that isn't the issue with this one and considering it works fine in my other 6800. It's the oddest thing. It acts as if it's not compatible. Thanks for the reply though.
