Sprint Mogul data not working.
 

Ok, going on my 4th day of having NO internet or data connection. Sprint is telling me it's a "revision" delay? Then they tell me, there is an outage in my area, as well as other excuses. I had service before no problem on my 6700, swapped to the mogul and all of a sudden no data service?

No one can give me answers after about 20 calls and 5 hours or more of rebooting, hard resetting editing and taking out the battery.

I'm ready to throw this phone out the door!! Sprint is worthless when it comes to support!!!

no, you likely need to reset something in epst or have tech support do something on thier end...
there was a ##code I had to use when I experienced the same issue.. too bad I don't remember what it is..
the code I'm referring to reset's the data provisioning and then you'll need to run ITOA

not sure, but sounds about right.. I would try it, but my rom's don't have ## functioning and both fix cabs I've tried don't work.

But it's on Sprints end, they just told me there is a data outage in the Cali L.A. area, how convenient.... But for 4 days? We have a business account for a reason, we depend on getting email through our wireless devices. This is unacceptable... You got to laugh though huh, knowing how dependent we are on technology. You're right, I feel like a cave man "ugg"... Like to throw a rock at Sprint right now hahaha.......](*,)

seems like a huge market to not have data for that long.

Ya I think its the device also. LA without data for 4 hours is bad. My main reason for saying that is it started when you switched devices. (6700/6800)
Have you Dialed ##data# (##3282#) and checked that the user name was right? (youremail@sprintpcs.com)
Also launch your dial pad and go to "Menu - Options - Services Tab - Internet - Get Settings" then press start to initiate custom NAI. You should see it do a IOTA update.

Yes, I tried all that. I figured out what the prob was. After I did the hard reset, I did a soft reset before all the sprint junk started to load, that's what messed up every thing. As soon as I let EVERY thing load, it got a "welcome to sprint vision" message. What a crock huh? They FORCE you in to loading all that BS on your phone!!! Any way, data working now! I told them my wifi was toast as well, They wanted to swap me out with a "touch" NO WAY!! So, I can go to the local service center and swap this mogul out for one that has working WIFI. That's good news! ;)
