Help with Media Player Please!!!!

Hello does anyone has the same problem as me that when I use the Media Player on my Sprint Mogul it only plays like 30sec of every song and not the full song.. its like it change to the next song by itself.. and if i use another program it plays the whole song not just 30 sec. any sugestions before i get mad and do a hard reset..
