text-mms not able to send/receave

i just noticed that i cant send or receave either. i see some posts about Arcssoft but thats where it ends. any tips on this?

update-error message-
what i get with the upgraded radio/rom= t"text cannot be sent"

after going back to stock= error class "temp"
Cause code "NoAck"

??
