Mogul And Loose Screws

I have had about 5 users test this before posting and all found the screws under the battery to be loose and some even almost falling out. To tighten the screws you will need a T6 Torx Screwdriver or sprint im sure can do it for you. Im not sure if this will make a difference but it may have a bearing on reception. SO please check ur screw and tighten if necessary.

I remember a thread and poll about this a while back.. yes they were loose then and now, as it just so happens that I was swapping batteries the otherday and my screwdriver was handy so it' gave them another snugging up. I do drop that phone ALOT so loose screws is par for the course I guess.
mine weren't supper loose, but they did take a good 1/2~full turn.
I think the only difference is that the next time I drop it the shell will do its job right and protect the screen and insides better.

edit. maybe TEP should send reminders every 6mo's or so to remind ppl to bring it in for a "check-up" kinda like the dentist.. ;)

T6 Torx Screwdriver. Only Home depot has them, don't bother going to Ace Hardware or Lowe's, at least for non-online stores.

So what's the verdict on this - does it actually affect reception?

I think not. however if it's loose the board inside could get out of place and mess with the antenna, or a small flake of metal (or the screw. lol ;) ) could get in and short something out.

As Shaggy said there was a post and poll on this quite sometime ago...IMHO...I can think of a lot better posts to sticky than this.....mine were not loose then nor are they now....
