accidentally deleted touch program
 

Need help. I accidentally deleted the program that makes my htc mogul a touch phone. Anyone know how I can put this back on my phone? Help please I'm deperate at this point :(

what app are you talkin about? if you can't find it you can just hard reset. but remember to back up before you do.

I'm new at this not sure what app it was that I deleted but for some reason I can use the the touch screen. A hard reset sounds appropriate but once again I'm new to this. How do I do that?

to hard reset, just go to your settings, system, and clear storage. that's one way. or you can hold down the 2 buttons in front with the white dots and push the reset button.

as posted, remember to back-up. I state this because my first hard reset I forgot. lol
