P4000 Rom upgrade

I've tried many times to attempt to update my rom with no success getting basically a vendor id error. I looked but couldn't find a straight forward walk- through to upgrade. At the moment i have :

Get SPC + Phone msid and unlock code
Hard Spl-mfg
dcd_titian_kitchen_3.32.rar & dcd_titan_3.2.3.exe

And finally a dcd Telus Carrier Cab .

DO i have everything to attempt to update my phone ? Or am i missing something. Also a small walk through would be greatly appreicated.

Got your message. sent you an easier link. I would use nueSPL to unlock your phone bcuz i find usb upgrading a little suckass. put nuespl on a card, run and your done. then upgrade radio then ROM and voila....GPS and kick *** DCD ROM. I have never had to reactivate my phone using *22803...NEVER!

if this all fails, why not try the official release from HTC to update your phone to wm6.1 and get the GPS working that way.

if your looking to try out a cooked rom though, i would follow the directions from the guys above.

i have the official rom from HTC, then i installed the HTC Home Customizer to edit the look of things like the clock and icons. then i installed the Macflo cube and love the way the phone looks and operates.
