GPS tethering?
anyone tether their phone to the laptop and use GPS software on the laptop and the phone as the GPS receiver? is this possible? cause its a helluva lot easier for me to read my laptop screen than the tiny *** titan screen. gps on my phone works great, but i'd prefer to use software on my laptop while driving if possible. but before i spend money on GPS software for the comptuer i just want to make sure this possible

I used this while on vacation last month and it worked great. I believe the trial period is 2 weeks. One part goes on your PPC and the other on the laptop, and you can set it to use the Activesync connection, a virtual com port or bluetooth connection. |
Re: GPS tethering?
Yeah, it's possible. Search for GPSBlue (for the phone) and HW Virtual Serial Port (For the PC). You need both but they are free.
