Sprint Tethering Incoming Calls

Is there any way I can receive incoming calls while tethering using internet sharing? I am using no2chem's 5070 rom. I am hoping to do this without installing a 3rd party program like PDAnet. Thank You

calls still do come through as long as there are pauses in the net usage.. i would tether and still receive calls with
