How do I cancel text confrimation?

Iam sure this question has been asked b4 but I cannot find the correct thread that pertains to me. How do i cancel the text delivery confirmation on the HTC 6800? It is irritating.

Sigh....
I did not work. I did a soft reset and texted a friend. The confirmation screen appeared and said"text message was sent."

You can try this app 6800 Hacks.zip and you can find the geeks discussion HERE
it will Disable text message sent notification with just checking a box. It will also will do some other cool things like change some font colors ect.

My "text message sent" feature disappeared after I upgraded to 6.1. I kind of miss it.

Oh, I still get popup messages with 6.1... now it is "your message could not be sent" even though most of the time it was sent. This happens at least 5 times a day (out of probably 20 texts).

You might also look at getting SKTools. It's a very powerful program that allows you to easily change settings (including the text message sent notification), clean out your temp folders, etc.

There are some current discussions in-house about it or if you wanna try it before you buy it, simply Google it.
