annoying keyboard

I have the sprint mogul and like it a lot but I find the keyboard annoying at times. Is there any way to make it so that you can press and hold down a button instead of having to use the radio button and the desired button at the same time? For example, holding down the "E" to type a "?". Half the time my radio button doesnt register and i type the wrong thing. Kinda irritating.. Thanks in advance!

Re: annoying keyboard

Tap the blue circle in the bottom left hand corner to turn it into a "function" key. Then any blue symbol on the keyboard will be input as opposed to the white, normal key.

So, what that means is, hit the blue function key once, then hit E once to get a question mark.

Re: annoying keyboard

Yeah that is the way it is set up but im wondering if there is a way to change it so you dont have to use the function key and can instead hold down the desired key. any idea?

Maybe it's just me but I don't really see a need or any increases functionality with this. The way the phone is as far as the keyboard goes seems pretty well laid out to me.
