T E P / Sprint Insurance Question Re: Touch Pro and Mogul

I'm planning on keeping my Mogul when I get my hands on a Touch Pro. I have TEP on my Mogul and I sure will have it on the Touch Pro as well. I plan on occasionally swapping ESNs from Mogul/Touch Pro so I can't possibly ruin the more expensive device while on certain ventures. So, the question is this; if I use the other device and something happens to it, will it still be covered under TEP? Will I have to pay the TEP fee for each device, every month? Can someone please clarify this for me? Thanks! And with all this said, I'm getting more and more excited for the release of the Touch Pro! =D

If you have both devices active at the same time, yes you will have to pay the TEP each month for each phone. If you alternate which one your using on one number (one active, one inactive) you would only pay $7 a month. Insurance is attached to your phone number not the device itself so it will carry to any phone that is active on your number.

exactly what the person above me said. I have a Touch and just recently came upon another one that needed to be replaced (scratches on the housings, i like my electronics clean) so used my ESRP part of TEP to have the one Touch swapped out and then while i was waiting for that one to come in, i switched back to my original touch and had something happen to it and had to have that one swapped, all in a two week time period. pretty much what i comes down to is whichever ESN is active at the time of claim is what they will replace.
