bluetooth not working

has anyone had a problem with their bluetooth not turning on.. i go into comm manager, press the bluetooth icon, get the pin wheel (loading icon), but the bluetooth icon doesnt turn green and bluetooth doesnt turn on... anyone have this problem and/or know how to fix it

if you have not tried a soft reset do that....if that does not work try a hard reset....

ive soft reset... im trying to avoid hard reset
