Is there a way to disable the Phone Turnoff "Feature" when the battery is low?

This crap is annoying when you have your phone hooked into a charging source and it constantly turns the phone off.

go to settings...power...advanced...uncheck on external power: turn device off if not used for...that will solve your problems

I have this same problem and it drives me nuts too!! Yeah- I have that unchecked and it still does it. This happens when your down to 10% battery life. You plug the phone in and still want to take calls but it won't let you.

No not really. The phone is trying to stay on but it really can't when the battery is that low on power.

That said, just charge your freaking phone.

It's just annoying when the battery is low, and you get to charging the phone while on the call, and it still turns the phone off even though its charging.

Re: Is there a way to disable the Phone Turnoff "Feature" when the battery is low?

use the OEM charger - if it detects a non-oem charger it will switch to slow charge mode which may not be enough to keep the phone going with the display/backlight on while on a call.... this will happen with both usb charging via a computer and most aftermarket chargers.
