need help with ppckitchen

i know this is probally one of those little things that shouldve been obvious but here goes...

i have dcd titan kitchen 3.2.3, ...how do i use it? i unzipped it and none of the exes work...

Run BuildNB.bat

If you want to add any of your own oems, put them in the oem folder first. Once Build OS comes up check the options you want and uncheck the others. Once you are done making selections, click the play icon in the upper left corner. Wait, then flash.

BTW, DCD's kitchen has nothing to do with PPCKitchen whatsoever.

thx but how do i use the bell carrier that i downloaded with it?

Run the cab after you flash to the new rom.
