Help!!!!!!!!!!

ok I dont know what just happened but my mogul was running really really slow so i gave it a soft reset, when it came back on, it has a red, green, blue and white screen and in the red it says TITA100 SPL-1.07.0000
CPLD-9, Have no idea what just happened but earlier in the week the phone's reciever, Mic and speaker decided to just suddendly stop working, dont know if that has anything to do with anything but im at my last nerve before throwing this phone against the wall, I have not done any upgrades, flashing rom etc... please someone help!!

did you try hard reset?

That screen is called the Bootloader. Press the reset button again and see if it clears up.

If not, try a Hard Reset, but be aware that it will erase all of your data.

You could try reflashing but i would take it to a service center if you were having issues before.

to hard reset, hold the two soft keys down (the ones with the dot on them) and press the reset

Hey guys thanks for the quick response, tryed soft reset and tryed taking the battery out, just keeps bringing me back to the same screen, im gonna try the hard reset ill keep you guys posted and once again thanks

I have had the colored bars show up during a reset but that was just part of the reset. do try taking out the battery and maybe several soft resets, but ultimately, a hard reset will be needed. If that does not work you have a hardware issue and may need to get it serviced or replaced. The mic and speaker quitting on you troubles me more than anything else. thats not good news. did it get wet ?

ok did the hard reset still took me right back to the boot loader screen, wow this is frustrating, i give you guys alot of credit for having the patience you do lol

IM just about on several soft resets, and 1 hard reset keeps going back to the same screen, and nope the phone never got wet

ok tryed every type of reset there is lol i think its pretty safe to say the phone is bricked, lol that sucks man i never flashed the rom or nothing all i had was the I-phone App S2u and S2p, oh well i had a good run with her, R.i.p Mogul 02/14/08-07/28/08 Official time of death: 4:30 p.m You will be sincerely missed.
