WiFiRouter not working

I have been searching the forums to see if anyone else is having this prob. I can't seem to get WMWiFiRouter to connect. I just did a hard reset, not just because of that, but it didn't change a thing. does anyone else seem to be having this difficulty? I just prefer this method of connecting to the USB tethering method. Any suggestions would be helpful folks.

What version of WMWiFirouter are you using?

One of the things that people most often forget is that when you INSTALL wmwifirouter, you MUST have your wifi ON. The install will fail if you don't have it on when you install. And there is no error message. Much like the symptoms you're having, although, it could be something else.

Weird, I have never had that problem when using version 0.91

I don't know what specifically you've been seeing but I've been trying to use the trial v1.09 and keeps giving me

FATAL ERROR
???

It may work once or twice but without changing any other setting it just goes back to fatal error ??? the next time I use it. I don't know how they're going to get my money but if the trial is this shotty I'm sure not going to purchase it.

Get on IRC and join #wmwifirouter on irc.freenode.net and they can help you there. If no one is around then just wait around and someone will eventually respond.

I had a different version that did not work for 6.1 had to go website and download the correct version.
Up to version 1.09
Then its been clear sailing.

maybe im a bit slow but which website are you referring to? i went to htc and theres nothing there
