Text messaging notification
 

It says I have 1 unread text message but I do not have any. How do I reset that? I upgraded to 6.1

Make sure there arent any still in your drafts, saved, or trash folders

Nope when I go to folders, it says 1 unread, but I have no texts

I think the second one, fixunread, should be the one you want.

I ran both markallread and fixunread count and neither worked

Empty your inbox then and it should be fixed.

I did that, did mark as read...nothing worked...since I just upgraded, I did a hard reboot. Thanks for all the suggestions

I get this from time to time with my voice mail. i usually leave another voice mail for myself listen then deleate. you might want to try getting another text message then opening it and see if that works. It is a simple solution. Might not work. But an easy fix if it works.
