Sprint 6.1 Can't move/delete CM_Guardian

Hi everyone. I have read all the posts on CM_Guardian, I just can't seem to move or delete this pest. I thought it would be in the \startup but its in \windows as an .exe I tried to move and delete it with Total Comm. but to no avail. I get the "Cannot copy of more file!"

Any ideas?

If it's running, have you stopped the process before deleting the file? It may be in use, and thus, locked, try to kill it with a task manager like dotfred's, and then delete the shortcut or file.

Just a silly question....Why would you want to delete it? What does it do?

It prevents you from changing some internet settings, like DNS servers for example.
