housing and everything else is good except the LCD... I got the phone on the 18th of july as a insurance replacement. its refurbished. the lcd cracked the next week... which would have been around a week later

funny, did you list this on ebay?, im bidding on one w/ a cracked screen on there (as i have a spare mogul top half (phone sank in water) but lcd panel is good. hoping to make a good one!,

Why not get another insurance replacement?

yea most insurances have 30 day return/swap policies. Even so, you can find replacement LCDs on ebay for fifty bucks, spend the fifty replace the screen and sell for $150

Couldn't you also do an in-store "repair"? I think the charge is only $55 for that, and they'd swap you out without needing to get another insurance call hit.
