Problem with the new WM 6.1 Threaded Text Messaging
 
I loaded the WM 6.1 ROM last night on my Mogul. I love the ROM and it seems great except for one problem I’ve noticed.

About 2 out of 3 times when I open a text message to reply the space where I type my message is EXTREAMLY small and only fits half a line of text.


Anyone else experiencing this? I seem to be able to replicate it by clicking reply to a text message and opening the keyboard while the Text Messaging App is loading.

this happens to me every so often too... and yea mostly when I open the keyboard before the threaded screen actually loads.

Just open the onscreen keyboard and close it and it will go back to normal

Anyone else have mark as read, forward, and move all grayed out? Any fix.

flip your keyboard open and then shut. When the screen flips orrientation, it will refresh.

i was having this issue when using the transcriber instead of the onscreen keyboard. Switched back to the keyboard and the text box went back to normal size.

To forward or delete an individual text, open the thread and locate the text that you want to forward or delete. Then you will see the name of the person that sent it to you or Me above it. Take you stylus and the stylus left to right across the name and the message will highlight in blue. Once it is highlighted in Blue then you have the option of forwarding or deleting an individual text. See Video

This one worked, I'll keep using this technique for now.

Flipping orientation is NOT working on my Mogul. Doesn't go to say it won't work for others, but in this the opening and closing the on-screen did it.

same issue here, but doesnt bother me too bad
