Email - Locked

I upgraded to the new sprint rom yesterday and then reuploaded all of my contacts, applications, etc via spb backup and now my email client on my phone (gmail) is locked. It says something like "Company Policy prohibits use of Internet e-mail on this device. You cannot send or receive Internet e-mail on this account. Any changes to messages on this device will not be synchronized with your e-mail server" Does anyone know what the hell happened and/or how to fix this?

I think it has something to do with SPB backup, this other guy fixed using a hard reset and didn't restore the 2nd time around

Are you synced with an exchange server? This is a setting that your company's system administrater can force upon your mobile device if it is set up on their exchange server. Usually they only impose a rule that your phone must lock itself if idle for a set amount of time, regardless of what you want.

He said it is a gmail account so probably not exchange server issue.
