Windows Live for Windows Mobile is Up Again!

For those who know, http://wl.windowsmobile.com/ is up and you can download the cab from there. Seems like a new version - v10.6.0042.1900. NO IM in this one.

For those, who don't - this is a part many are missing, especially from custom ROMs. The main feature for me is real time push email from Hotmail - which works really great. It also adds possibility to upload pictures to spaces directly from picture viewer.

Hopefully in the future they will add calendar and contacts real time sync, apple-mobileme-like, but free!

I'm not sure if it's just my phone or not. I'm running a 5067 Kitchen ROM with HTC Home. When I hit the Mail button (softkey and the envelope button on HTC Home) it opens "Mesaging" and I have to select "Hotmail". Is there a way so that the buttons will directly open my Hotmail Email. This is the only email account I'm using. The "Messaging" screen has three options: Text/Hotmail/Setup E-mail.

Is there a reg-edit or something to fix this? T.I.A.

In the email options (you can go there from the screen with account choices) there's box "Display account picker when opening messaging".
Should work..

I love the push email i get with hotmail as I dont have my own exchange service so this works out really well.

Still doesn't work, always get sync errors.

I instaled and my emails are not coming through automatically. Settings are set to "Receive messages as they ARRIVE" Do you have the original version of WIndows Live
