Activation/Phone swap question

I just got my hands on a Blackberry 8130, brand new for 50$ from a friend :-p anyways if I choose to swap my phone from my Mogul (I could never leave it) is there a limit for how often I can swap back and forth?

what carrier do you have? only verizon will allow this to my knowledge. and they arent the best at it. not until congress passes some law that allows any device on any network, so long that it is technically compatible.

Yup both are Sprint so no worries on the cross-carrier issue

You can swap as much as you want on Sprint, and it all can be done online. :headbang:

i have swapped my mogul and touch out atleast 5 times in one day ( trying to mod them and not working). so i think it is safe to say as long as your bill is current you can swap them as many times as you like. keep in mind the blackberry will try to make you get the bb internet whenever you swap.

A friend of mine bought a Q-tek Pocket PC in Germany, and he uses it here in the US with T-Mobile. To my knowledge, they will allow you to use any GSM phone on the planet with their network. Obviousley has nothing to do with us as we are all on CDMA, but just an interesting fact.
