Date and time don't auto update on gf's phone

I just did a fresh install, still doesn't want to pick up the time/date automatically. Is this something I can change in the settings?

if it is a Windows phone you have to set it to the time zone you want under settings and then go under settings/phone/time synchronization to update it.
