Search for HTC home, dowload, and install that. It has a tab where you can put 9 speed dial tiles with a picture. If you press and hold the tile, it will open up their contact card and you can send email, text, or call alternate numbers. Be sure to download HTC Home Customizer as well! It's also known as HHC.

yes, theres a smart utilities download available in the UL website that includes a "MakeCall.exe" that can be configured to any number you like by changing the parameters
